Our inspiration comes from the Dutch tradition of fresh-cut fries. a craft that respects the ingredient above all else. We start with carefully selected potatoes, cut fresh in our kitchen every day and cooked twice, the way it should be, to achieve the perfect balance: crisp on the outside, soft and full of flavor inside.

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Our fries are prepared using sunflower oil-completely palm-oil free-and served with a curated selection of Dutch-style sauces designed to elevate every cone. All our sauces are gluten-free and lactose-free, so great taste can be enjoyed by everyone.

We believe great food doesn't need excess. Just honest ingredients, attention to detail, and a passion for doing things properly.

What started as an idea shared among friends and family has grown into a dedicated team with a clear mission: to bring a refined yet authentic fries experience to Lisbon. Every cone is prepared to the minute, served fresh, and crafted with care.
